Third Annual Come Out & Run 5K

Sunday, September 20, 2026

Starts at 9AM  |  Wilton Town Green

Come Out & Run is a collaboration between Wilton Pride and Wilton Library with the goal of bringing our community together in the spirit of unity and in celebration of PRIDE in honor of National Coming Out Day.

Part 5K, part community party, this family-friendly event features music, festivities, food, flair, prizes, and more.

All are welcome to join!

Registration is open online. Runners, walkers, kids, strollers, and leashed dogs are all able to participate. The registration fee is $30 per person for ages 10 and older. Kids under 10 can participate for FREE.

All paying participants will receive swag plus access to digital photos, event festivities, and more.

NEW THIS YEAR: The Stiletto Dash

We will be kicking off the day with a spirited, 30-yard dash on the Wilton Town Green right before the 5K! Dash your way to glory and compete to win!

This fun dash is all about grace, style and speed but don’t take it too lightly. To qualify for the prize and ultimate bragging rights, your heels must be at least 3 inches tall. Want an extra edge? Show your pride! Runners clad in Pride attire will score preferred placement right at the front of the starting.
