Ridgefield Pride in The Park 2026
RIDGEFIELD PRIDE IN THE PARK June 6, 2026 (Saturday)
Ridgefield’s 7th Annual Pride in the Park celebration will take place on Saturday, JUNE 6 from 12-3 PM at Ballard Park in Ridgefield (Rain location: Yanity Gym). Ridgefield Pride in the Park is free, open to the public, and caters to families, with a variety of activities, crafts, entertainment and informational tables for all ages. The Ridgefield Chorale will be performing at the gazebo, and join us to parade with pride around the park at 1PM! See you there!
In addition to Pride in the Park, there will be many Pride events and Pride Promotions in May, June, and July with something for everyone. For example: Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe will feature their popular Pride ice cream in June! Additional Ridgefield-area LGBTQ+ events and promotions will be announced in the coming weeks on our website: ridgefieldpride.org.
In these times of uncertainty it is essential that we come together and support each other. The LGBTQ+ community needs our voices, and it is more important than ever to lift people up. Ridgefield CT Pride provides opportunities to make this happen, so please come join us in celebrating our beautiful rainbow community. We are stronger together!
Ridgefield CT Pride is a non-profit, charitable organization created in 2019 under the umbrella of the 501(c)3 organization Friends of Ridgefield Community Programs.

- to foster a sense of belonging for our LGBTQ+ community, family, and friends
- to educate, promote awareness and understanding, and increase visibility
- to provide support for LGBTQ+ individuals and their friends and family
- to celebrate Ridgefield’s LGBTQ+ community

- Lawn games (cornhole, Can Jam, hula hoops, potato sack races, giant Connect 4)
- Kid-friendly activities (ie: treasure hunt, temporary tattoos, face painting, nail painting, coloring, beading, coloring, button making, balloon animals, ball pit)
- Small animal petting zoo
- Martial arts demonstrations
- Poetry writing
- Rainbow Family Storytime
