DESCRIPTION:Our book choice for the August 10 meeting is The Choice: Embrace the Possible by Edith Eger. \nJoin us on August 10 to discusss the book or just to say hello if you have not had time to read the book.  Light refreshments will be served.  RSVP for location which will be sent closer to the event. \nThe Choice: Embrace the Possible by Edith Eger (289 pages). Dr. Eger survived the Holocaust as a teenager\, emigrated to America\, obtained her PhD in Psychology\, and specializes in PTSD. This is the only book on the list not written by an LGBTQ+ author or directly grappling with a queer character or theme\, but her story of facing her PTSD and choosing to live the best life possible resonates with any maligned group. \nFor more information email ridgefieldctpride@gmail.com. \nRSVP for location \n
